Adaptive Processing Solutions (APS), a leader in intelligent automation and payment solutions for the workers’ compensation and auto casualty markets, today announced the appointment of Roger Lee as its new Vice President of Sales. In his new role, Lee will help lead the expansion of APS’s national client base and strengthen strategic partnerships across the insurance and healthcare sectors.
Lee brings over 24 years of distinguished experience in insurance and healthcare technology sales. Throughout his career, which includes senior leadership positions at LegalNet, CLARA Analytics, and myMatrixx, he has consistently driven multimillion-dollar revenue growth and secured contracts with Fortune 100 companies. His extensive background in building high-performing sales organizations makes him a valuable addition to the APS leadership team. Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
“Roger brings exceptional experience and insight to our team,” said Jon Boumstein, CEO of APS. “He has a strong track record of securing enterprise-level partnerships, building high-performing sales organizations, and helping clients realize tangible process improvements. His leadership will extend the reach of APS’s solutions to a broader market.”
Lee’s appointment comes as APS continues to transform claims management with its flagship platform, ClaimExpert Direct. The automated solution enables faster, more accurate resolution by streamlining every stage of the medical bill lifecycle, helping clients achieve significant savings with no upfront fees.
“APS is transforming how insurers and healthcare organizations manage claims,” said Lee. “Its technology is proven, scalable, and directly impacts the bottom line. My goal is to expand our reach, deepen partnerships, and make APS the preferred partner for insurance payers and self-insured, self-administered employers nationwide.”
